I continue to reading the book called 'The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants' was written by Ann Brashares. I read twenty pages in this week.
The main characters, four girls buy one jeans in the second hand clothes store. At night, Carmen says to other girls, "this jeans will travel to all the places we're going, and it will keep us together when we are apart." (P.20) Another girl also says "Tonight we give the Pants the love of our Sisterhood so we can take love wherever we go." (p.21) They make an evidence of their friendship and they make ten rules about keeping in touch one another over the summer, and making sure the jeans keep moving from one girl to the next. They decide that the Pants will start to travel from Bridget.
While I am reading this chapter, I can easy to imagine the situation of story because there are many conversation about girls in this chapter. Through this chapter, I make sure about the reason why the book called 'The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants'. I think that it is an interesting idea that they decide the Pants travel to all the places they are going because they can keep in touch over the summer with it. Also I can sympathize their idea because it remind me about my memory. When I had to move to Thailand from Japan, I really didn't want to separate with my friends and I was so sad about it. Before I leave from Japan, I went to shopping with my four friends and then we bought the same necklace. I thought that I can keep in touch with my friends through the necklace. So I can understand the feeling that they feel lonely about it.
I will continue to reading this book.

when i have read your summary it remained me that I have watch this movie too. It kind of a fun movie I think. And I think that yours sumary is easy to understand too even they didn't read or watch the movie before they can understand it.
Your summary reminds me about my memory. When I was elementaly student, I have to leave from place where I lived. Then I had two friends who I always play with. We bought same straps each and we believed we are linked always even if one of them go to another place.
Also i agree with your idea that to be able to image what is going on the story, when I read your sentence on the above.
